pAnother determining factor that shaped the Estate Hunter: the owner has no loyalty to the broker and thinks that the more ldquo;FOR SALErdquo; signs on the front of the property will provide a faster sale.nbsp;Pure mistake.nbsp;The property will be prostituted on the market./p
pIf I were to base myself on this benchmarking, I already had reasons to do everything backwards./p
pThe behavioral bias, however, is what boosted the reasoning that the purchase of real estate, evaluated within the concept of the "motivation tripod", is determined by positive demand (desire) and that is the field of the intangible business as a strategy./p
pThus, the draft of the ldquo;huntersrdquo; focused on the figure of the BUYER.nbsp;With this, we signed an exclusive contract to search for the imaginary, the dream.nbsp;We discarded the rule of ldquo;getting real estaterdquo; and dedicated ourselves to capturing ldquo;who buysrdquo;.nbsp;We have a portfolio of clients to serve and a market with a lot of supply./p
