Santorini has many beautiful volcanic beaches with sparkling blue water and skies, which bring thousands of visitors every summer. The most popular beaches offer a variety of attractions and amenities: something for everyone.

 Paradisos Beach is located on the northern tip of the island, below Oia. It is a large, organized beach with clear water, black sand, pebbles and a backdrop of chiseled umbrella for beach pumice rock. It is good for families with children since the waters are shallow, which is unusual for Santorini. A canteen and several restaurants and tavernas nearby serve lunch. Sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire.

Vourvoulos Beach is located on the East coast of the island, south of Xiropigado Beach. It is an organized beach with a small harbor, umbrellas, a small wooden playground, changing rooms and a restaurant. The road is lined with beach trees offering shade. The beach consists of a mixture of sand and pebbles, with clear blue water. While it is popular, it is one the least crowded organized beaches on the island.
