• Unaccompanied minors cannot flight check-in online.
• Customers having a paper flight ticket or an old travel voucher may not flight check-in online. 
• Flights departing from New York or JFK are also not eligible for online flight check-in as the following flights run and operate in partnership with JetBlue Airlines.
• Passengers flying with pets or service animals cannot flight check-in online.
